Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Wonderful experience, the hotel is upscale with excellent location on the last day which was quieter than the town beach. Cheap room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a free internet. Fantastic service and the food is fine

The warmth and friendliness of the owners, Andrija & Eleanor. They offered a nice reasonably priced service to pick us up & drop us off at the airport, gave us drinks when we arrived and talked through our various options for sights, excursions and restaurants. This was an excellent introduction to the area and made us feel very welcome. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and to celebrate Andrija & Elly left a bottle of sparkling bottle of wine in our apartment. This was a lovely personal touch that spoke volumes about the thought and consideration that they put into everyone's stay. They want you to have a good time and relax and we certainly did that! Will definitely be going back.
Although stated as only 10 min walk from the old town, it was more like 20 min with some pretty steep hills and steps. However, there were some alternative transport options, such as a bus and the villa was located in a very quiet area which was a nice rest bite from the thousands of (other) tourists. Would have liked the sheets/towels to be changed or freshened more frequently.

Location is exceptionally good: very quiet cozy street close to old town and sea. Private parking can be arrange (very important since it is a problem in Dubrovnik).

We loved our stay in Villa Elly during our city trip to Dubrovnik. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a lot of tips to enjoy the city. Villa Elly is located at 10 minutes walk to the old city. The studio is fully equiped and airconditioned. Don't look any further and book this place!

Just stayed for one night, but owners treated us as we were regular clients. Very professional, our host offered us, as we arrived, all facilities to go around Dubrovnik, which was very helpfull beause we did not have to find everything by ourselves and saved a a lot of time, which is precious when you just stay in a city for 24h. The small room was really clean and cute, with private bathroom spacious and lighty, and eveything to be confortable (balkoni with tables to have breakfast outisde, stuff to make breakfast and coffee, tv, clim...). We really enjoyed our day and night there and we think this can be a good place for a longer stay. Also the house is well located : 10min' by feet from old city and 5' from the cutest beach in the rocks. It is closed from the agitation of the center, but far enough so you can rest quietly. At the end the owner's daughter drove us to the airport for a raisonable price and let us a very good impression about our hosts.

This hotel was a fantastic value for money! The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great location. It was close enough to the town to be a beautiful and easy walk, so why bother staying in an overpriced hotel room or in Lapad when you can stay in this lovely quiet location? The service and staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice with a little terrace, and though they were a little older, they were clean and comfortable. The small kitchen was a plus, and the bathroom had a good shower. The bedroom was spacious with a small window and air conditioning, and the view from the terrace was amazing. Breakfast was up to you to organize, which we loved because we could enjoy it out on the balcony in the mornings.
All was absolutely fine.

Andrija is very kind to pick us up at the ferry pier. We feel it at home as Villa Elly contains all the requried facilities from washing machine, cloth hanger to ironing board. We can even have the rosemary in their garden to prepare for our meal, and then enjoy our breakfast in the nice balcony
